Shipping and Returns - Your Package's Delivery

Orders are generally prepared and picked up by the shipping company and delivered to the customer within 4-5 days after collection from our warehouse, upon receipt of payment.

Regardless of the shipping method selected, we will provide you with a tracking link as soon as possible so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and transport. They may include a fixed fee and a variable component based on the price or weight of your order.

We recommend placing all your purchases in a single order to save on shipping costs.

Except in exceptional circumstances, we cannot split an order into multiple shipments, as shipping costs would be incurred for each one.

Replacements for missing, damaged, or broken items will be included in the next shipment, not in a separate shipment.

Your package is shipped at your own risk. We take special care with live animals and ensure all items are properly packaged to guarantee they arrive in perfect condition.

Broken, missing, or damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Sending photos may even allow us to request their return to our warehouse.

We are not responsible for any stock shortages of certain products, as there is a time lag between placing an order online and its dispatch from the warehouse. Generally, if only a few items are out of stock, we will dispatch the order as usual. However, if a large portion of the order is missing, we will contact you to inform you.

Prices on the website and in the most recent catalogs supersede all others and are subject to change without notice.

Ownership of goods does not transfer until full payment is received by the company.

All prices listed include VAT.

Orders canceled after being prepared in the warehouse are subject to a fee.

Shipping

All shipments are prepared and handed over to the carrier urgently within a maximum of 1 to 3 days. We will keep you promptly informed of the status of your order.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, although we strive to ensure that the shipping companies meet them whenever possible. Delivery times depend on the availability of each product and, in the case of live animals, on the availability and condition of the available specimens.

For orders that include multiple items, we reserve the right to make a single shipment, and the delivery time will correspond to that of the item with the longest delivery time.

The customer has 24 hours to check the integrity of all components of the order and to verify that all items included are present. After these 24 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted, and no claims for damage or errors in the shipment will be accepted.

An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. The customer must verify the products within the following 24 hours upon receipt and report any issues. If a product is received damaged in transit, the customer must immediately file a claim with the shipping company, noting the damage on the delivery receipt. The customer must then inform us of the issue, indicating the order number and the problem. Once the incident is reported, a new shipment will be processed if necessary.

Out-of-Stock Products

Out-of-stock products can be reserved. Delivery time will be between 3 and 4 weeks, depending on the manufacturer or brand. We will contact you as soon as possible to provide a more precise delivery timeframe.

Return Policy for Individual Customers

Returns will not be accepted for the following products, as established by Law 47/2002, of December 19, amending Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Commerce.

To make a return, you must always contact us beforehand to authorize the return. Only returns that have been previously authorized will be accepted.

Returns must be delivered to the destination within seven days of the return acceptance date. Returns received after this period will be rejected.

The shipping cost of the initial delivery will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Return Policy for Businesses

Only returns of unopened and undamaged items will be accepted within seven days of receipt. These returns will be processed as Commercial returns are not accepted, as there is no law regulating return rights between businesses, and these procedures are governed by each company's terms and conditions.

Returns will not be accepted for products in blister packs, heat-sealed packaging, or other products with a factory-sealed tamper-evident seal if it is broken.

These conditions do not affect the right to warranty or exchange for defective products as stipulated by the applicable legal warranty terms.
