Transporting your package
Orders are generally prepared and collected by the transport company and are delivered to the customer in 4 - 5 days after collection in our warehouse, with prior receipt of payment.
Whatever the selected shipping method, we will provide you as soon as possible, a link that allows you to track the status of your order online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and transportation. They can contain a fixed and a variable part based on the price or weight of your order.
We recommend that you try to make your purchases in a single order so that the shipping costs are cheaper.
Except for exceptional situations, we cannot prepare an order in several shipping orders, since shipping costs would have to be paid for each one.
The replacement of an item will be made if there is any lack, damage or breakage, and will be made in the next order sent, not in a special shipment.
Your package is sent at your own risk and expense, we take special care in shipping live animals and in any case in the proper packaging of all items to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.
Broken items, missing items or damages must be reported to us within a maximum period of 24 hours after delivery. By sending photos of them, you could even request their return to our warehouse.
We are not responsible for the possible lack of stock of some products, since from the time the order is placed on the web until it is dispatched in the warehouse there is a time interval. As a general rule, if there are few units, we will dispatch the order normally, but if a large part of the order is missing, we will contact you to inform you.
The prices on the website and in the most current catalogs supersede all others and it is permitted to change them without prior notice.
Ownership of goods is not transferred until payment is received in full within the company.

Orders canceled after being prepared in the warehouse are subject to a charge.
All shipments are prepared and delivered to the carrier urgently within a maximum period of 4 or 5 days. In any case, we will keep you promptly informed of the status of your order.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies comply with them whenever possible. Delivery times depend on the availability of each product and, in the case of live animals, on the availability and adequate condition of the available specimens.
In orders that include several items, we reserve the possibility of making a single shipment and the delivery time will correspond to that of the item with the longest delivery time.
The customer has 24 hours to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything is included in the products included. After these 24 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damage or failure in the shipment will not be accepted.
An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours when the customer must verify the products upon receipt of the same and expose all objections that may exist. In case of receiving a product damaged by transport, you must immediately claim it from the transport company, stating it on the delivery receipt. Subsequently, you must tell us your case, indicating the order number and the problem it presents. Once the incident is received, a new shipment will be processed if your case requires it.
Out of Stock Products
Products out of stock can be reserved, the delivery time will be between 3 or 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer or brand, we will contact you as soon as possible to indicate the delivery time with greater accuracy.
redkoi.es offers you the possibility of returning products within the first seven days, for any reason, from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer, and provided that the conditions set out on this page are met.
Return conditions for private customers
Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established by LAW 47/2002, of December 19, amending Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade, for transposition into the legal system Spanish of Directive 97/7 / CE, regarding distance contracts, and for the adaptation of the Law to various community directives.
- Live animals.
- Products subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control.
- Products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, assembled specifically according to the design specified in a configuration, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Software or products that include licensed software that have been unsealed by the consumer, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use, contracts for the supply of daily press, publications newspapers and magazines.
- Products in which your identity, license or IMEI can be impersonated, or any device from which your identifying information or license can be extracted for later use. The right will be considered null and void once the product has been opened or unsealed, as it contains easily reproducible licenses inseparable from the product.
To make a return you always have to contact us in advance to accept the return. Only previously authorized returns will be accepted. Once authorized, you will be assigned a return number and the data for shipping will be indicated. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and adequately protected. Otherwise redkoi.es reserves the right to reject the return.
Returns must be delivered at destination within seven days after the date of acceptance of the return. Outside of this period, the return will be rejected.
Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed if that is the case. The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer.
The amount of the transport of the first delivery already made will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
Return conditions for companies
Returns of material will only be accepted without unsealing and in perfect condition, during the seven days after receipt. Such returns will be processed as commercial returns, since there is no law that regulates the rights of return between companies and such procedures are regulated according to the conditions of each company.
The return of products in blister, heat-sealed or others that present a factory security seal will not be accepted if it is broken.
These conditions do not invalidate the right to guarantee or exchange defective products as stipulated in the legal guarantee conditions in each case.
